Banned from the beach are an organization based in Miami that pride themselves on bringing you the best information from the beach and also the best stories that go around all of the USA and beyond!
Last year, around 10 million Americans visited their favourite beach of choice, but increasing members of the public visiting these sites makes for lots of laws not being followed correctly. Accidents relating to the beach that have been reported have increased over ten fold in the last 5 years. It is becoming obvious to regular beach goers and experts that other people are not taking care of themselves and each others safety.
We are not advocating leave themselves in danger or take risks that will endanger them in a beach area, but we want people who are experienced and know the area to be unhindered by newbies coming and spoiling there fun.
Beaches are becoming notorious for exhibitionist and obscene behaviour too, with adventurous couples and sassy swingers coming in there droves to find the best nooks and crannies to engage in activities that many members of the public do not consider ethical or moral.
